<p style="text-align: left;">Weight loss comes down to a simple equation of calories consumed against calories burnt.  Therefore a calorie deficit could be created through the right diet and just 10 minutes of exercise! </p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><span id="more-2535"></span>In my personal opinion the lifestyle benefits of taking part in regular exercise are equal or greater than any calorie burning benefit, which 10 minutes of exercise wouldn&#8217;t give you. </p>
<p style="text-align: left;">From what I know of Hannah Waterman&#8217;s training she actually did some pretty serious interval training in her workouts.  Now, interval training is definitely something I can believe helped her to achieve her weight loss.</p>

Kelly Brook.</strong>  For years Kelly&#8217;s curves have made her one of the most popular British pin-ups, but to stay in such great shape she&#8217;s had to put time and effort into her training.  After appearing on Strictly Come Dancing in 2007 she achieved an awesome level of dance fitness and claims that her dance workouts are the secret to her maintaining that fitness two years on.  To mix things up she adds <a title="hula hoop class stevenage" href="http://www.everythingzing.com/stevenage/exercise-classes/" target="_blank">hula hooping</a>, gym ball training, outdoor circuit training and running.</p>

Running in the 2005 London Marathon, she crossed the finish line in a time that allowed her to start with the elite athletes in future events.  At this years London Marathon Nell was the first celebrity to finish, with an amazing time of 3:10:20.  When she isn&#8217;t running Nell keeps fit with boxing and she also released the number 1 selling fitness DVD &#8220;Peak Energy&#8221;.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><img class="alignleft" title="gordon-ramsay-running" src="http://www.everythingzing.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2009/07/gordon-ramsay-running-150x150.jpg" alt="gordon-ramsay-running" width="150" height="150" /><strong>5.</strong> <strong>Gordon Ramsey</strong>.  He may have a mouth like a squaddie, but he has the fitness level to match.  This year Gordon ran his 10th consecutive London Marathon, which shows he&#8217;s no one-run-wonder and clearly committed to his fitness regime.  Once weighing in at over 17 stone, he got into running to get his weight down and has never looked back.  Gordon is proof that the F-word (F-itness!) is essential for people who love their food but want to maintain a healthy weight and shape. </p>

Christian Bale.</strong> Having received a lot of bad press for an on-set tantrum, when you see his workout routine you&#8217;ll be a little more forgiving.  The man has put everything into his training, whether it but cutting up to a scrawny 8 stone 10 (122lbs) for his role in <em>The Machinist</em>, to then bulking up to over 14 stone (196lbs) of pure muscle for <em>Batman</em>.  How did he pack on all that muscle?  Supersets of chin-ups and cable rows with high pulls and power cleans, bench press and flys.</p>
